Edgardo Garcia
Mr. Garcia has served in the U.S. Navy from 1986 to 1990, where he developed the discipline and focus that continue to guide his legal career. After his military service, he attended Whittier Law School and graduated in 2002. That same year, he was admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Since then, he's represented clients in a wide range of legal matters, focusing primarily on personal injury and workers’ compensation cases, and also handling select criminal defense matters such as misdemeanors, DUIs, domestic violence and restraining orders. With over 20 years of experience, he's worked closely with insurance companies, medical providers, law enforcement agencies, and employers—navigating complex systems to protect his clients’ rights and secure fair outcomes.

Perla Y. Alvarado joined EGGAL, Inc. in 2021 as Administrative Assistant to Attorney Edgardo Garcia, bringing degrees in Paralegal Studies and Justice Administration, along with licenses as a Notary and Life Insurance Agent. Fluent in English and Spanish, she helps keep the office running smoothly with heart, skill, and dedication.
Perla’s legal journey began in high school and continued through college, where she co-founded the El Camino College Administration of Justice Club and was active in the Paralegal Club. She launched Pearl’s Administrative Services in 2016, assisting in areas from property management to personal injury law. A lifelong learner with a passion for justice, Perla is also an Ordained Christian Minister, children’s ministry leader, and choir member—living her purpose both in and out of the office.
Evelyn Guillen
Evelyn Guillen has been a valued member of the team at EGAAL Inc. for the past two years, serving as an Administrative Assistant. She plays a key role in managing the property damage portion of clients' claims, including reporting claims, gathering police reports and repair estimates, scheduling inspections, and coordinating the timely repair and payment of vehicles. Evelyn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Child Development from California State University, Northridge, where she graduated in 2007. Prior to joining the legal field, she spent over 15 years as a preschool teacher and also gained significant experience in office administration. Outside of work, Evelyn enjoys spending time with her 11-year-old son. Together, they love visiting the beach and playing video games.

Chanel Gomez
Chanel Gomez is a Southern California-based law student working toward her J.D. with a focus on family law, divorce, and survivor advocacy. A UCLA graduate with a background in legal analysis and social justice, she supports the firm in personal injury, civil litigation, probate, and criminal defense. Her responsibilities include case management, discovery, subpoenas, demand letters, and litigation planning.
Chanel also leads a pro bono partnership with Treasures, a nonprofit aiding women affected by trafficking, providing legal aid for expungements, restraining orders, DUIs, and more. With prior experience in criminal law and high-profile cases, Chanel brings purpose and compassion to every case—committed to justice and advocacy.
